We are a family run drywall finishing, ames taping, painting and decorating company with an office and store in Dingwall near the Highland capital of Inverness.

The company Cameron Painters and Decorators Limited was incorporated on 23 April 2003 and is fully insured for Employer and Public Liability by Tokyo Marine HCC.

Two generations of the Cameron family help to run the business day-to-day with appropriate training from NEBOSH and the CITB’s SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

Our methods of work are accredited by SSIP founder member CHAS (The Contractor’s Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) to elite level as both a contractor and principal contractor.

For public contracting the company is accredited by SSIP member Constructionline’s Once For All Health and Safety which includes Builder’s Profile.

Over time the company has evolved to offer specialist services across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the Highlands & Islands economy. To ensure these services satisfy our clients expectations and requirements the company has opted to self assess its systems and processes to ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:27001 and ISO:45001 standards.

As a Living Wage Employer employee remuneration is accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.

The business has voluntarily pledged to practice the Prompt Payment Code administered by the Department for Business and Trade.
